The worst service. I ate here last year a couple of times and the service was stellar. Today, they changed my mind. We asked to be seated and the woman passed us by at least 6 times. We decided to sit an at empty spot. Then they proceeded to ignore us for a good 15 minutes and attended another couple who came after us. I’m short, terrible customer service. Bueno, después de varios días yendo allí a cenar, puedo hacer una crítica con peso. Hemos ido allí varios días este verano porque el pequepark está justo enfrente del restaurante y es muy cómodo ir al parque con los niños y luego cenar allí. Pues bien, las dos veces pasó LO MISMO. Pésimos en atención al cliente. Le pedimos unos entrantes y a la media hora de pedirlos,MEDIA HORA, nos dicen que no tienen. Otra media hora y nos ponen las pizzas, pero a los niños les había pedido pasta y lasaña. Y les dije si podían marchar lo de los niños primero. Pues bien, a las 11 (llegamos a las 21.30) les vuelvo a insistir en la comida de los niños y se les había olvidado. Solo habían mandado las tortas y pizzas. Menos mal que mis hijos comieron de mis pizzas, la de mi marido y las de mis padres. Les pedimos las cuenta(sin los platos de los niños) unos fuimos. Muy. Muy descontentos. No vamos a volver Jamás.
