I am an avid ice cream fan and this used to be my second favourite store until they now have the Asiatico coffee flavored ice cream, so it's now my favourite ice cream store in Cartagena! Flavor is rich, texture is smooth and ice cream scoop is generous enough to satisfy your cravings and have you coming back for more. Believe that the store is also owned and managed by husband and wife, very friendly and warm service and they always assure that the quality of ice cream is of the best. I came here with my parents and big brother when we were on holiday here. There were so many good looking flavours, we couldn’t decide what to get! The person serving us, Gemma, was really nice and helped us decide, even offered tasters. Gracias, Gemma! We were given massive ice cream scoops, with little spoons and little wafers. It was so cute! I would like to come again if I ever get the chance. Best ice cream...

Went at 2pm.. staff were there.. but no interest in serving anyone.. useless!!

Edit ~ after reply from owner I am even more surprised pf the poor communication when clearly we wentto see if it was open (we walked 10 minutes to get there with a 6year old chimd).. but the staff weren't able to even communicate the situation.. even mkre useless than firet...
