If you are an English tourist. Read this.

The servers do not speak English so be prepared. Try to learn basic phrases before going to this restaurant. I would recommend the original restaurant over here if you are worried about ordering.

There doesn't seem to be a queuing system either so be prepared for people to push in front of you, I get the feeling they do this to people who aren't local.

The food itself is okay, it's nothing amazing but they offer hotdogs, burgers and various meat toasties. I tried the chicken, pork and steak toasties, they were okay but I probably wouldn't order them again. The meat quality wasn't great but edible, the chicken and steak both tasted a lot like white pepper which is a seasoning I'm not a massive fan of. The meat itself wasn't of a high quality, the pork I had was marinated but again it wasn't great.

The fries are really good, they're hot and freshly made, I definitely recommend them as well as the Catalonian Sausage. I think the hotdogs and burgers looked quite good but I didnt get round to trying them. The meat sauce and spicy tomato sauce are quite nice on top of the toasties as they add a bit extra flavour, they're quite nice.

I wish there was some place similar to this with better quality meat as it would have been pretty perfect.

I paid around £15 - £18 for the meals I got which included two toasties, two chips and two Fanta lemons. I added tomato, onion, lettuce and cheese in mine. There are various toppings but they cost extra to add on.

Overall it's alright, I'm not sure there's that much better in terms of a takeaway/fast food restaurant near the beach front at...

Eigentlich wirkt der Laden (Restaurant, nicht der nahe gelegene aber zugehörige Fastfood Schuppen) etwas abgehoben, Touri-Abzocke drängt sich schon fast auf. Daher prüfe wer sich niederlässt. Zum Glück aber stellte sich das Rober's als durchaus angenehme Location heraus. Noch konnte man (Oktober) im freien sitzen. Aus den unauffällig angebrachten Lautsprechern plätscherten die Hits der 80er. Als kleine Aufmerksamkeit gab es vorab eine kleine Schale Muscheln. Bier - hier ist Amstel im Ausschank, ein guter Grund auf ein lokales Produkt auszuweichen. Ein 2012er Chrianza LAN durfte es sein. Bei etwa 8 EUR Online sind 13 EUR durchaus ein angemessener Preis. Leider (wie so oft) schlecht, weil zu niedrig temperiert. Ernährungstechnisch gab es Pa amb tomàquet, eine grobpoorige Weißbrotsorte. Geröstet, dazu Knobi und Tomaten zum darauf verreiben. Salz und Olivenöl dazu. Einfach aber Lecker. Vier Scheiben für 1,50 - passt! Vorspeise durfte für mich Chorizo de León Picante sein - Hauptgang Presa ibérica al carbón, gegrilltes Iberico-Schwein. Und ja, Sünde - als Nachtisch noch die Crema catalana y carquiñoli. Dazu ein Cortado. In Summe schmeckte alles sehr gut, Preis und Qualität stimmten. Sauberkeit - zumindest im Sanitärbereich war aus meiner Sicht alles OK, die Tische sowieso. Leicht chillig, dezente Musik, ein Billardtisch, Bar bläulich illuminiert. Durchaus ein Platz an dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Einiger Kritikpunkt - das Personal sprach wirklich nur Spanisch (und/oder Katalanisch). Gut das es hier freies WLAN und zu Not den Google...

Very disappointed, the place looks good and clean but kitchen isn't that good. First deception no high chair neither children menu, then we ordered a ribeye (it was delicious), price was 24€, they brought a plate with only meat on it, no potato or vegetables served ( we felt like dogs ) then the paella was very salty and made with lot of tomato sauce, at that point we give it bach without touching it. I think they must change policy and only focus in the American...
