La comida es exquisita, elaborada con productos de alta calidad. Sin embargo, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Trabajo como camarero y jamás se me ocurriría regañar a los clientes por supuestamente no especificar cosas que habíamos mencionado previamente y que todos en la mesa habíamos oído. Si surge alguna duda, lo ideal es acercarse a la mesa y preguntar a los clientes. Otra situación problemática fue cuando uno de nosotros pidió la carne poco hecha, lo cual habíamos comunicado previamente a la camarera, pero la respuesta del encargado fue muy inadecuada: “Estoy sacando 25 hamburguesas, es lo que hay”. Parecía como si nos estuviese haciendo un favor al servirnos las hamburguesas, que algunos de nosotros pagamos tras largas horas trabajando en hostelería.
