When living in Chipiona for many years now you can't ignore AWA. It's situated at one of the nicest points on the coast line. Close to the Faro at the beginning of the boulevard. An ideal place to watch the beautiful sunsets here and to have a drink or a meal. Yes, it can be very crowded in summer and weekends. Just make reservations then. Easy to do. The menu is very varied with local dishes and more Asian dishes. A bit higher prices than most local restaurants, but good quality food. For me the perfect place. €15 for a thatched beach umbrella/table station for 2, which seems to be the going rate in this region, gave us a very comfortable and shady beach base next to the restaurant/clubhouse. Service is good via WhatsApp or a QR code to the website menu. The restaurant looked lively and attractive, but I can't comment on the food as we just ordered cerveza fresquita (cold beer) and vino blanco seco (dry white wine), that both hit the target. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Restaurante AWA Beach Club! The food was great, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The views of the beach were simply outstanding, especially during sunset, which created a magical atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the manager’s kindness. When we couldn’t find a taxi to get back to our hotel, he went above and beyond to organize a driver for us—without that help, we would’ve been stranded!
