Amazing food, honestly best english breakfast i found on my trip. Eggs were cooked perfectly, so were the sausages and bacon, everything was perfect. Lady server was nice and friendly even tho she didn’t speak much english she understood what we wanted, she was fast coming out to set up our table and take our order, i’d say the only downside is the chairs are uncomfortable digging in to the back on my legs because my feet can’t touch the floor because i’m quite short, some cushioned chairs would do. and there are a lot of flies in the restaurant. a fly trap could help this too.

We go to Monika Bar often, for a coffee, whilst on a morning stroll, and the occasional breakfast. The coffee is great, the beer also and food is fantastic, if standard fair. Don't go on a Saturday, as they're not open. To be honest, sitting outdoors, one is plagued a little by flies but, that's not much different to a lot of other places and I wouldn't mark them down for that. All of the staff are lovely and service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable too. Recommended...
