Service is absolutely terrible. Waited 25 min to the waiter to get the drinks order, did not bring the drinks we ordered. Waited another 10min to have the drinks we ordered, water and coca cola. Both came warm into the table. With food we asked for salt, never brought. Asked 4 times the bill, no reaction to our request and in final when we wanted to pay they did not want to give the cheque. My boyfriend asked for the explanation and they told that they will call police. El sitio tiene encanto porque está en primera línea y la decoración es agradable. Sin embargo la comida no es buena. Es muy grasienta y parece frita con un aceite de mala calidad que sabe ya a rancio. Los cocktails también son muy mediocres, yo probé varios y nada que ver con las buenas cocktailerías. Pero lo peor del sitio en mi opinión es el servicio. Algunos camareros son amables o tratan de serlo, pero en general, sobre todo la gente que gestiona el sitio te hablan mal, a veces sin mirarte, rápido y en tono muy brusco. También yo me siento muy insegura al ir a ese sitio porque los horarios que pone en internet son engañosos. Supuestamente está abierto hasta las 12. Entonces yo fuí con mi padre que tiene 85 años a tomar algo. Andamos lo más rápido posible y logramos llegar a las 11.45. El guardia de la entrada nos dejó entrar. Nos sentamos y esperé un par de minutos a que nos sirvieran pero no lo hicieron y para no demorarles más me acerqué a la barra a pedir unos cocktails. Eran las 11.50. El chico me dijo que estaba cerrado y cuándo le pedí por favor que por lo menos a mi padre le sirvieran algo, me contestó muy rápido, alto y girándome la espalda para irse a la cocina a la vez "que no que no, que nosotros a partir de las 11.30 ya cerramos todo". Pedí hablar con el encargado que me dijo lo mismo y añadió "pero su padre se puede quedar sentadito un rato a descansar si quiere".
