I was there recently. Food quality was good but portions rather small for the price which is higher than normal standard Spanish prices. What I didn’t like is what they do with the menu. The spaghetti carbonara that I had are 9 euro on the menu. I was charged 10 on the bill. I don’t really care about 1 euro but it’s not very customer friendly. I asked the waitress why it’s 10 euro instead of 9 and she told me the price on the menu is incorrect. The correct price is always the one she has in the system. Seriously? The correct price should always be the one you have on the menu that you have given to the customer and not a price that you have in your system that your customer cannot see. I was a bit disappointed with this answer. She told me management had not adjusted the prices on the menus yet, only prices in the system. How can that be? Food is delicious, but what’s good food with non existent service. Table of 7 with an order for 7 meals, only received 5 due to staff error. Then waited a further 40 mins for the two extra burgers. Mistakes happen but we received no apology and the manager decided to not speak to us regarding the error, as we reasonably wanted 2 drinks removed off the bill due to the delay that us the customer, suffered from. If the owner sees this, a male waitress was great but was told he couldn’t do anything by the manager. I don’t have any name but a female manager, rolling her eyes, tutting, walking off and only offering a free water and coke. The good: comfy chairs and a big terrace The bad: the food and the prices. We ate patatas bravas which were powdery frozen precut potatoes with sauce from a bottle, way overpriced at 8 EUR. Ensalada ventrisca with 'muxamiel tomatoes' (stated on the menu) ... They were tastless salad tomatoes definitely not muxamiel... Which are out of season anyway, so it's already a red flag when they're permanently on a menu. Also way overpriced at 11Eur. They have done a great job with the refurbishment but unfortunately they have increased their food prices and the food quality remains low. The drinks are also the most expensive...
