Was there even an attempt to make some half decent sandwiches? I doubt there was. My sandwich (full size) had literally 1 tiny piece (thumb size) of bacon and lomo, an egg (???), 1 slice of med size tomato and 1 small piece of salad. After first attempt to warm it up my sandwich was really cold inside. Have you tried to eat a warm bread with a dead cold egg? Brrr… after second request to warm it up, I was told they bear no responsibility if my sandwich gets burnt. Well, between eating my super chilled inside or burnt outside - they choice was “burnt outside”. Well it was not burnt, but it was ok. Also, did I tell you that half of stuff inside of the sandwich was lost while being warmed up second time? Yeah, and there were no place to sit as the most of the area was closed for cleaning. I feel like an absolute mug for getting my sandwich from here, this place obviously exists as a tourist trap to sell Iberico ham sandwiches at a premium. I can’t fault the quality of the belotta used but the bread was a major let down and felt stale. In many ways I’m glad I got my urge to try it out of my system but I honestly think such rich ham shouldn’t be used as is in a baguette. I should’ve ordered the ordinary iberico ham that came with cheese. The prices are what they are and I know €19 would’ve gone further elsewhere in Barcelona. At least it wasn’t the neighbouring Burger King for my last supper...

The one at T1 gates D-E is horrendous! The lady who did the service at 8am on the 10/7 didn’t give a single f&&k! I asked to use gloves as she’s been touching inside her nose and mouth, then she started to shout at me!
