they don’t deserve any star if i could i would definitely give them zero. horrible horrible customer service. there was a young lady and a bit older lady in the counter when i made a purchase (June 14th evening). at first i asked the young lady some questions and she was terribly rude and acted as if i was dumb and didn’t understand anything, which is not true. and i bought two oils and the lady put one of them upside down in an one bag, which was very tight and it looked not nice to me so i asked her if it’s safe to do that. and she asked the older lady if it’s ok and she said fine. but i just wanted to keep it safe because my flight is gonna be long and I didn’t want them to be broken. but they kept saying it was fine and didn’t even try to put them separately or put them into a bigger bag. so i asked them not to put one upside down and that’s when they got extra rude and the old woman spoke super rudely to me. they talked in spanish i know they complained and said bad things about me in their language. i honestly don’t understand why they had such a rude attitude and they think it’s ok to do that. your store doesn’t have any customer service education? if you don’t, you should. better late than...

They have a smallish but high quality selection of spanish wines. Too bad they are all invariably priced at ~double the price you can pay outside. Note that in T2 (the other terminal in Barcelona, the one you use for eg Ryanair or Easy jet) they have a good selection but prices are much lower, so don't tell me that it's all due to the cost of having an establishment inside a terminal. Worst service ever. Very unrespectful worker. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for check out because the whole show with five workers only have one of them how to use the cash register.
