McDonald's — Restaurant in el Prat de Llobregat

I was traveling from the Barcelona airport and I ordered several items from the restaurant on 8th December (please see the receipt attached). I got to wait for long because it took a while for the order to get ready. However the wait was not the major issue. When I arrived at my gate and opened the bag, the share box which is supposed to contain 10 wings and 10 nuggets turned out to have only nuggets inside (picture attached). I also ordered a bunch of dips but there is NOT A SINGLE DIP inside the bag. One of the two fires I ordered was supposed to contain a seasoning sachet is now a regular fries with the sachet missing. I’m not able to go back to the restaurant to compliant face to face because of the passport check. And when I called the restaurant they said they don’t have anyone who speaks English, and then the guy just hung up my call which is really rude.

Above all my experience in this restaurant is awful and I’m extremely disappointed. I would like a full refund for this order (€31.82).

So I came here today as I was feeling like having something naughty for lunch. You know the kind of meal that pumps your body full of too much processed sugar and saturated fats. I was willing to sacrifice the body I’ve been working so hard on over the passed year. So I walk into the store and begin to work my way though the menu on the handy touch screen, for anyone who doesn’t know what this is it’s like ordering a meal on a giant iPhone 5. As I’m scrolling I begin to realise that there are no vegetarian options. My first thought is there must be a giant glitch in the Mc Donald’s matrix. I then realise that it’s the year 2023 and a lot of the world has decided to be a bit more environmentally conscious about consuming meat, party due to the fact that beef burgers contribute way too much of that smelly gas called methane. It’s also nice to sometimes eat a meal knowing that I’m not eating someone’s Mum or Dad. I’d like to make this essay my official complaint to the Spanish Mc Donald’s team. By far, the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I ordered a mccrispy meal with no tomato or cheese & extra bbq sauce which I paid for. After a long wait, the male server comes to the counter with the food. As I am looking in the bag to check the order, he abruptly stuffs serviettes in the bag and walks off. I remove the serviettes and continue my search to see that the bbq sauce is missing. I kindly ask for him to fulfil the order and instead, he grabs the bag, aggressively man handling my food to check for the bbq sauce which I already said was missing. When he realises I was indeed correct, he storms off, gets the bbq sauce then chucks it to me across the table. So incredibly unprofessional. I try to ignore it as I had a lovely holiday up to that point but once I’ve sat down and opened the burger, all that’s there is the chicken and the bun! No lettuce, no mayo- just a dry burger. He is definitely not made for any type of customer service and should look for a role that is as miserable and...
