The sandwiches were horrible and the descriptions are extremely misleading. I ordered a Mozarella Pesto sandwhich and the outside was hot to touch, yet the inside was completely cold. Not to mention the soggy lettuce inside. Then, my friend ordered a chicken baguette sandwich that only said it came with chicken and cheese, yet when she took a bite she found out there was onion and mushroom which she is allergic to. The bread was extremely dry and stale. Oh and to top is all off, I ordered a mango smoothie which on their menu is advertised as an actual smoothie that they make to order and instead I was given bottled mango juice. After I had ordered and eaten a ham and cheese (overly priced) I was EXHAUSTED and drifted off to sleep for about 20 minutes. I woke up to some man in an apron aggressively clapping at me and yelling at me to get out. Mind you, me and my sister had just spent nearly $50 at this establishment on two ham and cheese sandwiches and two sodas………. That’s not how you treat your customers. I didn’t even mean to fall asleep so a gentle tap on the shoulder would have been sufficient. The experience I’ve had in this airport alone makes me never want to come back here. Terminal 1 upstairs near gate E 77, the guy is working in the early morning, he was so rude to tell customers who didn't speak English and he said in Spanish that he is not going to learn English. The service was terrible because this staff is not happy at all, he was saying rudely words in Spanish and I understand. You paid 3 euro café ☕️, you just need eat his bad attitude and bad word, he served the café with his back to you, you ask if there is breakfast menu, he said it is all gone, no breakfast deal.
