Pizzeria Trento — Restaurant in Elx / Elche

This restaurant has been there since forever. I remember my teenage era buying there the Pan de Arabo, and I’ve never tried any other like theirs anywhere.

And now I found it is still open nowadays and the quality is still as good as it was years ago. And the service… something above! Very professional! The last time I bought there I ordered pan de arabo and pizza, my mom is lactose intolerant and they offered me to do half pan de araba without the cream cheese, and I asked if they could make half pizza without cheese, they answered that this wouldn’t be good for my mom because the rest of the pizza would be contaminated by the cheese anyway… so I ordered the entire pizza without any cheese; when I picked up, they were made two smaller pizzas, one with and the other without cheese 🥰, it’s this super kind?!!! 🤩 they are amazing!

La pizza es muy rica, me gusta bastante, lo malo que tiene este lugar es que no tiene los días y horarios bien establecidos, las veces que quiero comprar cerrado cerrado y mas cerrado, el colmo es que vive cerrado y fechas vacacionales ponen cartel (cerrado por vacaciones) algo que me parece cómico porque siento que todo el año estan de vacaciones, la pizza como dije antes, es muybrica, lo malo el tamaño y lo grueso, que la cebolla cortada parece mas gruesa...
