Was really looking forward to coming here. The menu, is interesting but not extensive
We shared 3 tapas dishes to start which were absolutely delicious. I was a very excited about the main course.
Myself and one other had ordered the duck, others had ordered the lamb.
When the duck arrived the plate was swimming in the juices from the very rare duck. Now I don't mind my duck pink at all but this was blue at best. We sent it back and asked for it to be cooked more, they didn't argue but it came back out not much better than the first time. Pretty much inedible for those of us that had it.
The lamb however was apparently delicious and the table next to us had the pork, which they also said was delicious.
The staff were very pleasant and the wine list is good, if a little more expensive than others around there.

Llegamos alrededor de las 21 horas y la recepcionista, una joven argentina nos indico que estaban llenos, todo reservado aunque habían muchas mesas vacías, nos dejó una reserva para las 22. El aperol spritz ya estaba bien para comenzar la cena, pedimos unas flores de alcachofas qué estaban muy bien confitadas, de las mejores que he probado, sabor agradable y de textura perfecta, nada de trozos duros o fibrosos. Luego unas zamburiñas qué realmente se destacan por su sabor, una sutileza de equilibrios en la preparación, solicitamos a una de las niñas que nos atendió que nos diera la forma de prepararlas, finalmente el gerente, administrador o encargado del local se acerco a la mesa y nos explicó como se hacen, un imperdible, las recomiendo a toda prueba. Las chuletas de cordero con una base de aguacate o palta, mas un aliño y una pequeña porción de patatas obtuvieron la mejor puntuación de mi parte, excelentemente bien condimentadas, bien ejecutado el plato en todas sus fases. Los postres yo diría que en la mediania de la tabla, si bien estaban buenos, las otras preparaciones sobresalian. Mis felicitaciones al Chef y su equipo. He podido probar muchos platos de la mano de conotados chefs como Virgilio Martinez (Central en Lima) Mitsuhara también en Lima (Maido), o Bottura o Berasategui o Aduriz entre otros y este Restaurante con platos sencillos logra por lejos lo que otros no.
