Extremely popular and very busy beachside bar and restaurant. Frequented by tourists and locals in big numbers. Their food is good, but you need to scan the QR code on the table to access the menu. Not good if you don't have a smartphone or no one tells you! Staff are busy, but unfortunately have fallen into the trap of seeing customers as cash and not people. One of our meals arrived 15 minutes after the others, and was wrong. The replacement arrived within a few minutes. They also forgot the fries we ordered. One waiter refused my request for assistance as I wasn't one of his tables. Regardless of my review, you'll probably go there anyway, however, I won't and I would suggest that you can do better in Santo Thomas.

Would I recommend this place, no, I most certainly would not.

My review above was posted before I had paid. At the time of payment, I asked the manager for his thoughts on the poor service and the errors that were made with our meal. His comment was that, "there are worse things in life, such as death". Hardly appropriate and sounded more like a threat than an apology.

Once again, there are plenty of other establishments in Santo Thomas for you to choose from. Please, I urge you, don't make the same mistake that I made and eat at this appalling place, you'll get better service...

We were excited to try somewhere new and made a reservation which secured us a nice sea front table.

That was however the best part of the experience.

They were slow to greet us with multiple staff walking past and ignoring us.

The menu is only viewable via smartphone which is highly inconvenient & not mentioned on the website as I don’t always take my phone out with me & only had it to use for satnav. What if someone doesn’t have a smartphone?

Service was very slow with it taking a long time to come and take a drinks order. The food was lukewarm - my Mother’s fish was undercooked and my octopus was ridiculously salty and had lemon over it, which isn’t mentioned on the menu & is something I have a mild allergy to and also hate the taste of.

Wish we had read the reviews before bothering as there are two other fabulous restaurants nearby - Malibu & Es Pins.

It was a drama show at this place. Rude and non-English personal who are working in services. The menu card is already expensive but they also bring the food not in the same time. After we get the food of my girlfriend it was the wrong order, this was because the personal didn’t understand what we exactly wanted. After they brought us the new round, it was again not the one we wanted, after the 3th time it was right.. but guess what, ofcourse they placed now both on the bill.

When we asked to remove the other one, the “ manager “ came by and started a rude cshow in front of us and the rest of the restaurant, bravo +1 for your vibes. With this drama he didn’t let us any choice, since we are not runners, probably we had to, so we paid both.
