Restaurant Malibú — Restaurant in es Migjorn Gran

Currently staying around the Malibu, I am surprised to read some of the latest reviews, but each to their own, we have found both the Staff and the food to be absolutely fine. The staff and service have been excellent. I will do a full and honest review at the end of our stay.But currently would struggle to fault the Malibu. Here is my Follow-up After a further few days and more visits I have no hesitation in recommending the Malibu, We have never had a bad meal , Remember it's not a Gourmet menu, everything we have had has been fine, and I know if anything would of been wrong a word with Juan the head of house would of put it right, He is an absolute star and as helpful as they come and would be only too willing to put things right, Thanks Juan. Service in general was very good with All staff Pleasant and attentive we never had much of a wait and they were always helpful. The location is first class and we had a good few hours each day sat people watching and watching The boats going by, Beautiful spot, Great people and food more than addiquite Thank you...

If you take a walk along the front line pavement which is a well constructed surface from one end of Santo Tomas to the other .You'll come across this bar restaurant which occupies a corner location with open sea views.Theres plenty of tables on offer which are either undercover or out in the open seating .The Staff table service was very pleasant during my visits here ,initially just calling by for a night-time drinks .There's a good selection 🍸🍹🍷of cocktails but unfortunately they couldn't provide a Kir Royale cocktail which actually wasnt on the list,bit disappointing so opted for a Melon Mojito & the Original Classic Mojito .The Classic was the best Mojito I've ever had ,maybe not the cheapest of drinks you'll find @€10.50 each but definitely best Mojito in Menorca.Cash or card payments are accepted. At first this looked like a beautiful place along the beach of Sant Tomas. And even though the view is fantastic - the food was horrible.

We ordered 2 burgers, calamari, pan fried potatoes and some aioli sauce.

The aioli sauce never arrived, the calamari was nothing special, perhaps a bit boring, but it was edible.The 2 burgers were honestly disgusting and without any lettuce, tomato, pickle etc……... It did have cheese. The pan-fried potatoes tasted as if they had been prepared 10 days before and all possible seasoning had evaporated. I could not get them as tasteless as they were if I wanted to.

Service was not necessary bad, what was needed to be done was done. But it did not look like the employees were happy.

Perhaps with small kids this is the place to be, but I you are looking for a decent lunch...
