Bar platja Sa Calobra — Restaurant in Escorca

Ignore the bad reviews people will find anything to complain about. The staff is very nice. They recommended the shrimp and the squid and both were very very good. It was fresh and flavorful. Fries were crispy and salad was fresh but no dressing just olive oil.

There is a cat but he didn’t bother us. Just sat around and waited to see who would feed him. The only bad thing was there are a lot of bees but you are outside so what do you expect. It was not a big deal when the food and view were this great! The sound of the ocean and the view were amazing and relaxing.

A little expensive but it is expected for a tourist area in the mountains.

Honestly nothing wrong with this place, I was stunned reading all the bad reviews and hoped for the worst. It seems like disgruntled German tourists (who are probably never satisfied anyway) are just projecting their own impossible standards on this poor beach bar. The food was fine and fresh, we had the chicken sandwich and it was grilled, the wine and beer was fine and the fresh orange juice was a great addition. Not to mention the amazing views and proximity to the water! People need to remember this is a tiny beach shack at the bottom of a very treacherous road with very little access to rest of the island, if you keep your expectations in line with the remote location you will have a...

A fantastic location overlooking crystal clear waters in the small bay Sa Calobra. The restaurant offers fresh local seafood, burgers, salads, tapas etc... the down side is the sheer volume of tourists coming through this tiny little cove, on large 300 seater boat trips every half hour... A beautiful spot if you manage to get it to yourself, (good luck with that!!) But if you do come here, the restaurant was good, just crowded and therefore expensive because of the high demand. There are 2 other eateries at this location, and a larger beach a short walk round to another secluded bay... (We got on the boat round from port du Soleir).....
