Seeing them in their own space, doing what they love, fills me with pride and joy. What they’ve created is something completely unique. It's one of the few places on the island where you actually get a creative fusion menu without it just being a "buzzword" on their IG. Suckling pig pita was incredible. Beautifully cooked meat with. Great mixture of textures. Perfectly balanced. We also had a Peruvian-style fish dish which was really well cooked and delicious.
