Seriously disappointing! We thought we were so lucky to get a table but I wish there hadn’t been one available. We both ordered the menu of the day but between the first and second course we were left waiting about an hour, requesting twice where our meal was (Seeing everyone else around us getting theirs). Two plates turned up with a completely different meal, smelling absolutely disgusting. We had to wait to complain that this wasn’t what we ordered and not what we could eat. No apology, just that the kitchen must have ran out so made something else. Zero communication. We were made to pay half a menu despite that not being what we had come in for....

Accidentally had to eat here as the other place we were going to go was closed...

And it was a pleasing surprise! Although the kitchen was closed (at 22:45) we could order the typical "pa amb oli", badly translated bread with oil...

I have lived for twenty years in Mallorca and honestly it was exquisite! (especially the smoked cod one, smoked by them)

Service was good, not too attentive but we Majorcan people are this way.

Wouldn't say this is a place where tourists should be afraid of their wallets, I've eaten better than in my house and I know the ingredients are of good quality. It is certainly local cuisine with a notch.

Looking forward to...

Literalmente: un camarero nos ha dado una mesa libre (de las muchas que había) pero sin suficientes sillas, nos han hecho esperar, mientras tanto, de pie, durante 15 minutos, los camareros pasaban de largo con una sola taza de café o plato y nadie se interesaba por nuestra situación, hasta que decidimos coger unas sillas (por cierto, sucias) por nuestra cuenta de otra mesa libre; una vez sentados, hemos estado esperando por otros 15 min. hasta que un camarero (si es que se le podía llamar así, porque, claramente, ni tenía una actitud de tener ganas de trabajar ni, claramente, era eficiente como tal por todos los viajes desaprovechados que hacía) nos pidió la comanda. Eran solamente las 14h... Le respondimos que si, por favor, al menos nos podía traer antes la carta para poder escoger qué comer; pues bien, la respuesta fue que ya no podíamos comer, que sin reserva tenían mucho retraso, y eso que, repito, había medio restaurante vacío. Increíble... Eso sí, para los franceses de la mesa de al lado, también sin reserva, no tuvieron problemas de servirles, pero cuando somos clientes de la isla... la cosa, lamentablemente, cambia, últimamente... En definitiva, nos levantamos y nos fuimos al otro restaurante de justo al lado (el cual, por cierto, estaba mucho más lleno, pero sí pudimos comer) sin comer y después del nefasto servicio. Y, una última pregunta que evidencia la ineptitud del servicio de este restaurante: por qué no nos avisó de que no nos iban a dar de comer el primer camarero de la mesa, desde el principio; más con una niña? La verdad, situación muy desagradable la que hemos vivido por primera vez, y eso que tenemos experiencia en el sector y en gestión. Claramente, esos camareros tienen un problema y no sirven para...
