burgerplatz — Restaurant in Espot

Had dinner with a family with three young children. When we got the food it was cold. When we pointed this out, there was little to no response from the waitress. The food was brought back and somehow reheated within 5 minutes. The two angus burgers were tough and not tasty. the cheddar cheese was forgotten on the hot dog. The hot dog was taken back, after which cheddar was added, but the hot dog was no longer warm. A second beer was ordered, but it was never delivered. When we were ready, we indicated that the children had enjoyed their meal, but that the angus burgers were not tasty. There was no apology, she would tell the cook. When we payed, still no apology. Som clients habituals i jo sóc celiaca, com ja sabeu costa molt trobar opcions sense gluten per la zona. Hem arribat a les 21h hi havien 3 grups de persones esperant (dues parelles i un grup més gran) hem preguntat si podíem esperar per sopar, ens ha dit el sr. Directament que avui impossible, que tenia molta llista d'espera... Mentres un client d'una taula expressava entrar al wc i a pagar a dins. Pel que fa la llista d'espera m'he quedat soptada ja que la setmana passada vam haver d'esperar i que sapigui ningú ens va apuntar a llista sinó que es vam "quedar amb les nostres cares". Ho arribo a saber que s'apunta a llista i vinc a les 20h a apuntar-me tu...

Demanàvem taula per tres i, òbviament, estàvem disposades a esperar-nos com és l'habitual. A part, que la resposta podia donar-la amb mascareta, hagués sigut més adient en els temps que corren... (entenc que ésddifícil treballar moltes hores amb ella però...)

Cal dir que ens encanta el lloc, és boníssim i sempre ens han tractat molt bé però avui m'he decepcionat amb la resposta i el tracte. Som mig del pallars i hem vingut mil vegades, em sap molt greu haver-me sentit així i quedar-me sense sopar (sobretot pel tema gluten).

M'agradaria molt poder tornar però amb la decepció crec que em costarà fer-ho. Disculpeu la mala crítica però considero que es pot ser més assertiu i expressar el volum de cua, o bé donar-nos alternativa de menjar per emportar, entre d'altres.

Gaudiu del turisme que nosaltres érem clients en totes les...

Nice little place, good service. I would like to see healthier burgers though, as I remember only one burger in the menu had lettuce for example. And it's awesome there are vegetarian options but why do they both have to be a bit weird? (one with pumpkin jam, one with curry veggies).

Please consider offering a basic option both for meat&veggie :) sometimes...
