Pensió Casa Palmira — Restaurant in Espot

Hice la reserva por mail y teléfono porque la web no funcionaba. Nos alojaron en el tercer piso sin ascensor , algo pesado si tienes una lesión ( no hay acceso para minusválidos ) en ese piso no llega el wifi ( con lo poco que cuesta un repetidor podrían poner uno ya que el resto de clientes lo disfrutan) . La habitación correcta , pero no hay ni un interruptor en el baño , el suelo estaba sucio de toda la habitación . No comimos allí porque aunque indica que para huéspedes el menú son 17€ si querías algo de carne o pescado llevaba suplemento. En el pueblo hay bastante oferta gastronómica y bien de precio. A la hora del Check out no había nadie todo cerrado y apagado, nos encontramos con otra pareja en la misma situación que nosotros sin poder pagar , sin poder desayunar y continuar el viaje . Tuve que ir a un bar para pedir un teléfono particular de los dueños porque no avisaron. Al rato me mandan un mail diciendo que se marchan dos horas . Al final contactamos con ellos les dejamos las llaves en un buzón y tuvimos que gestionar el pago por transferencia una vez que me enviaron la factura. Nunca en la vida y en ningún sitio ( y mira que hemos viajado) nos habían dejado tirados en un hotel y desamparados. No nos dieron explicaciones. Por lo menos podrían haber dejado una nota o avisarnos el día anterior , todo hubiera sido más fácil y nos hubieran evitado el mal rato . Si lees los comentarios son buenos del restaurante pero todos los que se refieren al hotel suelen ser malos y con razón . No cuesta nada si tienes que ausentarte avisar o poner a alguien dos horas en tu puesto . Nos quedamos allí porque no había plazas en otros pero es mejor buscar otras opciones en pueblos cercanos que están a 5 minutos . No volveremos , no me quiero imaginar si tienes algún problema lo poco que te ayudarían como ya he visto que lo hicieron . Si te vas a dedicar a la hostelería se un...

It's not just that the room is very affordable (but don;t expect anything luxurious), we also had a tasty three-course dinner and breakfast at Casa Palmira. Room and two meals for two persons was a little over 100 euro and therefore excellent value. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and there is a big free parking lot 5 minutes walking from the accommodation.. 😢: A bit of a funky smell from the bathroom, but can be solved by keeping the bathroom door closed and opening...
