Bistro en Estellencs, muy buenas vistas 360 a la Serra Tramuntana y al Mediterráneo pero si a eso le unes buen servicio, amable por el buen hacer y buena gastronomía local, orgánica y natural pues la experiencia es insuperable; gran atención por el trato y servicio profesional de Marga y Toni los cuales cuidan el detalle al milímetro. La cena buffet a la carta fue muy buena con una amplia variedad de ensaladas, hortalizas, vegetales, quesos y un largo etc para el disfrute de uno mismo; el principal es a elegir de la amplia carta de la que disponen, el pollo de grano rústico estaba espectacular igualmente que la lubina con una mantequilla de tomate ramallet y alcaparrones; los postres los ofrecían en sistema buffet también en el que no faltaban fruta fresca, bizcocho casero, dulces y helados, la verdad es que volveremos sin dudarlo. Además nos comentaron que próximamente cambiarán la carta, por lo que estaremos expectantes cuando lo hagan, sin duda alguna...
