Been to eat in today painfully slow, all staff more worried about the drive through rather than serve the people waiting. I watch for well over ten minutes as a lady was waiting for food for her and two kids, the food was there ready in the rack all it needed was someone to put it on a tray and give it to the customer clearly asking for to much from the staff. I know its difficult to read a ticket the tray it up but after a few years you think they might one day get the meaning of fast food. . Just not at this moment in time...

Trato nefasto, el personal está muy quemado seguramente sea problema de la dirección y del coordinador, muy mal ambiente y mal rollo, fuimos con los niños mi marido tuvo que pedir q volvieran a freír las patatas y la carne estaban crudas, y no tenían pedidos, nada que hacer, todos dando vueltas cómo moscas, a la hora de pedir el regalo había muchecas horrorosas y cochecitos de hot wheels, mi marido pidió los coches ya que el nene le encantan, no quiso darle le dio dos muñecas horribles diciendo q no tenían, vino otra familia y pidió cochecitos a otra compañera y le dio sin problema, mi niño de 3 años vio jugando a los nenes con sus cochecitos, y pidió uno, yo flipe porq la compañera le dijo a mi marido q no había, voy a reclamar después de 4 menús café postre y me dice la encargada q no y riéndose en mi cara q las muñecas ya estaban abiertas, pero señora son niños ven los regalos y lo primero q hacen es abrir a ver q hay,....quien se abra creído que es esa tipa al tratar así a un niño de 3 años, cuanto poder da tratar a un bebé así, que vida más perra tiene q tener, vaya lastima de persona por llamarla algo, que el universo la castigue por tratar tan cruel a mi niño por triplicado..... siempre q voy tanto la comida como el trato es nefasto, no me extraña q no vaya nadie, acabara cerrando. El peor burguer...
