Spiler Beach Club Estepona - Marbella — Restaurant in Estepona

Really bad experience! I have to say that beach area is really beautiful, sunbeds are nice, but here is the end of nice experiences. The stuff is not coming to the sunbeds to take your order, they are saying they will and after 10-15minutes nobody is coming, so finally you have to go and make it by yourself (i think people are paying for a sunbed in beachclub to have this kind of services included, buy maybe im wrong). And here comes the worst thing- restaurant- stuff is not interested with anything and anybody.. at the entrance we werent told that lunch menu is already over so we have to choose from really small tapas menu. I ordered grilled aubergin, but unfortunatelly it was only the skin of the vegetable covered with a big amount of souce.. (and whats more it costed 12€!) when i said that to the waiter, he only said „ok”. Also we had to wait more then 10 minutes to receive glasses for the water…. I spent the day at Spiler Beach Club for the first of I hope many times to come. Our experience was just amazing, from the greeting, service, food, gym, restaurant to the stunning surroundings one sits in. The Team are so kind and they such great care of you, I feel I had a holiday not just a day off 🤩 I lived in Dubai for 10 years and was lucky enough to do many staycation with my family ,since then it was the biggest thing we missed until we found the Kempinski Beach Club.
