L'Angolo Italiano — Restaurant in Estepona

Go somewhere else - not worth your money or time.

The waiter TRIES to be polite and accommodating but it's little nuances that you can tell its just so he doesn't get fired. The first thing he said: "This is a real Italians, everywhere else is... fake...". Like ok.

Pizzas were oily and a bit burnt. Nothing amazing or authentic.

1 can of Cola was 2.30Eur with a supermarket right next door selling them for your usual 8pack for 5Euro.

Atmosphere felt very back-street and quiet. Put some music on, clean the walls, add some Italian themed décor.

Anyway, go some place else - the food doesn't justify the awkwardness and overall negativity you'll feel.

We were in Marbella from US for a wedding and stopping here for food was the best decision we made! So great we came back the next day, and even though we were early by an hr of them opening, when we told him we were running to get to the wedding he stopped what he was doing and made us our food to go. Such kind and friendly staff, very welcoming and informative about the area and oh yeah the food. W O W I had the salmon n shrimp pasta and she had the lasagna. Both very impressive with amazing flavor and enough to take home for later. Hope to make it back to see them again some...

To put it quite simply, this is the best Italian restaurant in the general Estepona area in terms of both price and food quality. Affordable and delicious, I only wish that everyone could have the opportunity to come and try the meals here. The owner has a great personality, and truly makes you feel like a family member at this restaurant. My favourite dish the is "Penne Mare e Monti" - without a doubt the best cream based pasta I have every had in my life....
