Here’s the breakdown: The flamenco show was excellent and affordable. You should go here for flamenco if nothing else. The musical experience was intimate, powerful, and impressive.

The food was very traditional Spanish food, at good but not excellent quality, and prices were typical but not great.

The gallo (lemon white fish) is worth getting. The bread is not good. The swordfish was just okay. The albóndigas were worth it. Overall, portions are generous.

Service was excellent. People are kind, multilingual, and work hard to keep up with the rush when everyone is ordering during the flamenco show.

I will definitely return here for the flamenco, but will order less food next time, if any. I would just prefer to eat Spanish food at better places and...

Siempre volvemos, empezando por tema culinario al que dan muy buen toque, son agradables, me refiero a las dos mujeres que te reciben y que intentan dentro de lo posible darte una buena mesa, los camareros amables. Paso a lo verdaderamente importante, las actuaciones son siempre representativas del arte que circula por esta magnífica tierra, grandes artistas siempre, con raza, genio y trabajo, no te dejan indiferente. Ciertamente ésta peña desempeña un papel fundamental para que el flamenco, patrimonio de la humanidad siga ocupando el lugar que merece. Gracias a todos los que estáis haciendo ésta gran labor, de unos Madrileños agradecidos. Actualizo la reseña, ayer viernes mi mujer y yo estuvimos cenando y viendo la actuación, Estupenda cómo siempre, el comportamiento de algunos espectadores deja mucho que desear, conversaciones en voz alta que molestaban, incluso haciendo chistes y riéndose de los artistas, lo cual me cabreó sobremanera, cómo no iban a ser en este caso varias elementas franchutes hablando perfecto español, tuvimos que llamarles la atención, luego observamos que después de que los camareros dejarán en las mesas las facturas a oscuras y en la segunda parte de la actuación una a una las franchutes se fueron escalonadamente y sospecho que sin pagar y me temo que no fueron los únicos, las condiciones eran perfectas, les recomiendo asegurarse de cobrar. Me duele y aunque comprendo en parte el aspecto comercial, pero los artistas merecen respeto, tienen que haber limites, estas situaciones y sobre todo que se rian de nosotros tomándonos por tontos a los Españoles, la masificacion turistica no solo esta destruyendo nuestros barrios, tambien nuestras raices y arte, sugiero a la peña que tomen medidas para impedirlo, primero que esta gentuza no se vayan invitados por la cara y segundo se les advierta respeto y silencio en su idioma cómo se hacía en...

Came across the show by chance. Saw a poster in a cafe. Think they hold these twice a month. Booking is essential, €12 per person for the show,(cash only)then the food and drink are extra.
