I went to this place having high expectations and unfortunately I left disappointed. I have to say that the vibes and ambiance of the place is great and that the staff is courteous, attentive and very friendly. This is the best part of the place.

Unfortunately, when it comes to food, the place is not great. This is neither a Mexican restaurant nor a Tex-Mex restaurant. In any case if I had to label it I would perhaps go with “Spa-Mex”. They have a section on the menu with mexican food and that’s the food that I’m judging today.

The food quality in general is low, nothing seems to be fresh and nothing is great.

Their loaded nachos were not good. I felt as if the meat they added was canned. I couldn’t even eat them.

The crunchy tacos with sriracha sauce were very dry and didn’t have so much flavor. Their pibill tacos were all right but it didn’t seem fresh, their burrito was extremely weird and their fajitas were not your typical sizzling fajitas but a plate of warm food and it didn’t seem fresh at all either. So food wise this place was very disappointing. The only good food they had was their fresh and warm bread and butter. Not even their desserts seem to be homemade.

If I was judging just the food that we had this would be a two stars being kind. I’m doing three because of the staff and the ambiance. Also, the presentation of their dishes is amazing, too bad that presentation doesn’t match flavor or quality.

Their prices are not high but are very high for the quality of food that you get. Their dessert cost more than some of their plates, extremely overpriced.

Una verdadera vergüenza. El pasado domingo 31 de agosto, llegamos a las 15:00 de la tarde una mesa de 8. En la puerta un chico argentino de pelo un poco largo nos dice que ya está cerrado. Me extrañó en agosto que a las 15:00 estuviese cerrado, por lo que le dije que iba a hablar con el encargado que lo conozco y me dijo que no dijera nada de lo pasado y que entráramos . En el momento de darnos las cartas nos dice que elijamos ya que tienen mucha prisa, momento en el que les decimos que si es así nos vamos que no pasaba nada. Nos dice que no, que es que los jefes les ponían unos horarios tremendos y entraban a las 19:00 de nuevo. Cuando todavía estaban comiendo algunos comensales, precisamente mi madre un chuletón con una patata asada a mi lado y un amigo un costillar al otro lado, van y me traen un té con una tarta de queso con fresas que me había pedido para el postre. Le pedí , esta vez a otro chico argentino de pelo corto repeinado por favor que se lo llevarán porque me daba asco comerme una tarta de queso en esa situación, y la contestación fue , "señora es lo que hay, nosotros tenemos prisa". No eran ni las 15: 40, nos dejamos más de 180€ gastados para un trato absolutamente nefasto. El restaurante es precioso, la comida es rica, lo justo es lo justo, pero el trato es...
