J'ai adoré cette boulangerie pâtisserie: Déjà, le service est agréable. La petite dame qui m'a servie, la plus âgée, m'a fait craquer. Elle était purement et simplement adorable. Rien que pour elle, je reviendrais ! Après, j'ai enfin trouvé un vrai pain majorquin ! Les vrais comme on n'en trouve plus ! Et il était comme je les adore. Enfin une boulangerie qui propose autre chose que de la baguette. Certes, je suis Française, mais je ne viens pas aux Baléares pour manger une baguette. Et c'est difficile à Minorque de trouver autre chose. Ensuite, j'ai pris des ensaïmadas "natural", et aux abricots, délicieuses. Leur "coca" est merveilleuse, j'ai choisi celle aux légumes. Miam ! Enfin, leurs petits pâtés aux épinards et thon sont très bonnes.

Un excellent pain, des pâtisseries merveilleuses, un service adorable et un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je reviendrai. Assurément. Lors d'un prochain...
