An absolutely magical dining experience! Japonaria in Formentera blew us away from start to finish. The atmosphere is intimate and elegant, and the entire evening felt like something out of a dream. The service was truly outstanding — warm, professional, and attentive, on par with what you’d expect in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

But the real star is the food. Every dish was a work of art: fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. From the perfectly sliced sashimi to the creative signature rolls, everything tasted exceptional. The quality of ingredients and the attention to detail are simply next level.

Cibo di altissima qualità, come detto anche alla ragazza gentilissima che è venuta al tavolo, è la loro salvezza.

Quanto ai modi della Sig.ra Manu (penso la titolare, almeno dai modi con cui si atteggia) e di un paio di cameriere... lavorando nel pubblico posso dire che è veramente un pessimo modo di gestire, commentare ogni cliente davanti agli altri, far capire la disparità di servizio tra gli abituali e i turisti, e peggio ancora sentirle durante tutta la serata frasi tipo "fate alzare quel tavolo che mi serve libero" oppure sentirle criticare insieme su una tavolata da 10 che era li senza aver prenotato ma che andavano "educate" che non si va in un ristorante senza prenotazione oppure a delle locali che chiedevano un tavolo che sperava andassimo via noi facendo segno (peccato che stessimo guardando nella stessa direzione).

Essendo un posto, a maggior ragione, dove il costo non è per nulla contenuto....si potrebbe e si dovrebbe fare di piu.

Come detto alla ragazza del tavolo, non importa l'attesa, il costo elevato..se in un locale manca un sorriso o la gentilezza un posto...
