Parrilla Cosquin — Restaurant in Fuengirola

So disappointing. I normally do not write negative reviews, preferring instead to take up any issues with the staff. If you look my previous reviews you will see that clearly. However, my decision to write this comes from my having attempted to bring my issue to the Manager, only to be treated in a very unacceptable manner. My problem was that I asked for some mustard for my steak. The steak was ok by the way, not fabulous, just ok. Problem is they charged €1 for the mustard. Not a lot of money I realise but it's the first time I've ever had to pay extra for a condiment. I mentioned it to the Manager when paying my bill. His attitude was really bad. He was rude and arrogant, saying "Yes you have to pay for it because we have to pay for it. We charge for everything like that including mayonaise, etc. I'll take it off if you are refusing to pay for it." I refused that offer. My point was all about principal. Parrilla Cosquin in Torreblanca is an absolute gem! We were a group of seven, including three children, and everything about the evening was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food , especially the meat was simply divine. We had both tenderloin and sirloin, and the quality and doneness were spot on, exactly as ordered. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The heart of the restaurant, the father himself, came to greet us at the table and made the children feel truly special, a wonderful personal touch that made the dinner even more memorable. I yearned for a good steak, and took a chance on Parilla Cosquin because it had the highest Google rating in the area. I was not disappointed - this was one of the top 10 steaks I’ve had in my life - perfect Argentinian ribeye beefsteak, prepared so deliciously, and at the right temperature, served with seasalt on top and baked potato with some steamed veggies on the side, simply melting in my mouth.
