So disappointing. I normally do not write negative reviews, preferring instead to take up any issues with the staff. If you look my previous reviews you will see that clearly. However, my decision to write this comes from my having attempted to bring my issue to the Manager, only to be treated in a very unacceptable manner. My problem was that I asked for some mustard for my steak. The steak was ok by the way, not fabulous, just ok. Problem is they charged €1 for the mustard. Not a lot of money I realise but it's the first time I've ever had to pay extra for a condiment. I mentioned it to the Manager when paying my bill. His attitude was really bad. He was rude and arrogant, saying "Yes you have to pay for it because we have to pay for it. We charge for everything like that including mayonaise, etc. I'll take it off if you are refusing to pay for it." I refused that offer. My point was all about principal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food , especially the meat was simply divine. I was not disappointed - this was one of the top 10 steaks I’ve had in my life - perfect Argentinian ribeye beefsteak, prepared so deliciously, and at the right temperature, served with seasalt on top and baked potato with some steamed veggies on the side, simply melting in my mouth.
