Cervecería Tutikedu — Restaurant in Gandia

The restaurant was very warm and the staff refused to turn on the AC despite multiple requests by customers. The service was terrible - painfully slow and rude. The food was less than mediocre. We had to request for all of our dishes to be cooked adequately as the eggs inside were not just runny but absolutely raw. I’ve been to this place many times throughout the years (every time I visit my relatives in Gandía), with last time being last October and it was always a good experience. This time however, it was truly disappointing. Not sure what happened to this place....

VERGONZOSO que se tengan que escusar tras un trato penoso al cliente , en ninguna parte del mundo un propietario trata así a sus clientes todo lo contrario intenta averiguar porque el cliente estaba molesto ya que las opiniones también son importantes para tu negocio ya que pueden perjudicarte para los siguientes que vayan a tu restaurante .... en ninguna parte del mundo se ha visto cómo se le niega la atención a un cliente ni en los mejores restaurantes !!!antes te sirven y esperan a que te vayas que prohibirte la entrada o decir que no me va a servir el café si acudo después de unos meses!es penoso y sobretodo recalcó el nombre de MARÍA ya que no soy ni la primera ni la ultima que sabe como es su trato y lo antipática que resulta ser delante de los clientes , y si cree que es profesional su trato que acudan a su local profesionales de verdad para ver con sus ojos lo EVIDENTE , aunq un cliente no tenga razón en algún aspecto se le escucha y se le da una solución antes que echarlo pero como he dicho MARÍA brilla como profesional por su...

Big area inside and a few places outside, the service was good but we had to wait a lot to take our order that the only issue that did not like.
