We arrived quite late and weren’t really familiar with the concept, where you select ingredients in a bowl, and then they prepare the dish for you. We had to translate the menu with our phone, but the woman who runs the place was incredibly helpful, even though we don’t speak Spanish and she speaks very little English. I am so happy they opened a Malatang place here! It is very authentic and has a lot of not-so-easy-to-find toppings. Tofu skin, fish tofu, a lot of seafood, tripe, purple rice instant noodles, and more.
