Looking at all the positive reviews I was expecting this place to be excellent but it was quite a let down. I’m not sure if the people visiting this place know what authentic Italian food supposed the be like. The carbonara was not really a carbonara, it was pasta with some bacon, no sauce only some liquid. The cheese on the pizza was quite chewy and it tasted more like the cheese you use to fry. The risotto was quite okay. The service was kind but they were extremely slow, the ladies could only take the order for drinks and told us we need to wait for the waiter to come and take the order for the food. The tap in the toilet is kind of funny as well, you need to bend your hand in an awkward position to wash your hand😅 On a positive note the portions are quite big (risotto), the dishes are nicely presented and it’s reasonably priced. Updated 2 years after original review: The level of service and quality of pizza has gone down a lot in the past year. We just went tonight and the service was slow to the point of ridiculous and feeling ignored. And the bufalina pizza, which used to be the best in Granada in my opinion, lacked sauce to the point of being dry even in the center where there should be sauce. On the contrary, my partner’s carbonara pizza had like 2 kg of nata on it, and he could only eat 2 slices because it was so heavy. We won’t be back any time soon as there are now much better...

Le doy mis cinco estrellas porque no puede haber sido un servicio más exquisito. La comida un auténtico espectáculo, sobre todo, la pizza de rabo de toro, a diferencia de otras reseñas que he leído por ahí, para nada pienso que lleve “poco condimento” sino todo lo contrario, lleva lo Justo y necesario para saborear todos los ingredientes y que ninguno mate el sabor al otro, lo que pasa es que estamos muy mal acostumbrados a que "cuanto mas mejor" y no, señores, calidad antes que cantidad. La pizza la he disfrutado a mas no poder, volveremos porque creemos que merece la pena probar mas platos!! Raquel en especial que nos atendió, una profesional maravillosa, amable y cercana, servicial. Todos los trabajadores tienen mis reconomientos!! tambien me gustaria añadir, que muchas veces a la gente le falta un poquito de empatía, un negocio como este con tantisima demanda (que precisamente es por el buen producto que ofrece) hace todo lo posible por ofrecer un servicio lo mas rapido y eficaz posible y es muy complicado que todo salga al cien por cien bien en todo momento, si han cometido en momento puntual un fallo o tu comida ese dia ha tardado un poquito mas, se empático y valora también lo bueno, es muy dificil llevar negocios con tantísima demanda y tener a todo el mundo contentos, las personas llegamos hasta donde llegamos y estos profesionales en concreto se les notaba totalmente en la cara que estaban dando todo de si mismos para que la gente este agusto!!!
