Pizzeria La Perla — Restaurant in Granada

I was in Granada for 3 days around Chrismas time, I ate there for all 3 nights. I tried their burger (Hamburgeusa), shawerma (kebab), their fries (patatas fritas), and their Pizzas, I must say it was all great. For an American to say their burger was good is not usual, but that burger was phenomenal. Soy de los que para decir algo negativo, antes se calla, pero esta vez no. Pedí una pizza mitad carbonara-mitad kebab para recoger en el local. Al llegar al lugar, tras los 45 minutos de espera que me dijeron, me dicen que pensaban que la pizza era a domicilio y que la habían mandado a otra dirección (literalmente). Esto son gajes del oficio y no le doy importancia, pero lo pongo porque es parte de la experiencia.

Dado que no quería esperar más, pido un kebab y me dicen que no les queda carne kebab. Vale, pido media pizza carbonara-media pizza caramelizada. El chico me dice entonces que me la puede hacer de kebab. Accedo y vuelvo 15 minutos después. Al llegar a casa, veo un pelo enorme en la pizza, algo indescriptible con raíces (entiendo que relacionado con los champiñones de la carbonara), y atún en la mitad de kebab (igual no les quedaba demasiada carne kebab y pusieron atún para rellenar, por qué no). Finalmente, no pude saborear nada la parte kebab, dado que la pedí con mucho picante (culpa mía), y la salsa picante (que no pica) tiene un sabor demasiado fuerte, salado y cítrico.

Les volveré a dar una oportunidad en el futuro a ver que tal, pero la experiencia de hoy...

I was in granada for a week holidays and i was staying near to this beautiful place with delicious dishes i was eating most of the time there the place is clean and well maintained the staff are very nice and making the food with love i loved all the dishes especially pizzas and lamb of the kebab was fresh and delicious i’ll be back to eat here again...
