We were in this country for 9 days, so we had the opportunity to eat in many restaurants. The worst food we ate was there. The shrimp, instead of being in olive oil and garlic, were swimming in water with a bit of olive oil and a pitiful amount of garlic. Tuve la oportunidad de conocerlo por casualidad y me quedé muy satisfecho. Como aperitivo, las croquetas de pollo eran deliciosas y crujientes por fuera, suaves y sabrosas por dentro, con un relleno de pollo bien condimentado que conquistó mi paladar. Los huevos rotos eran un plato clásico y bien ejecutado, con patatas fritas caseras y crujientes que añadieron un toque de rusticidad al plato. A continuación, como segundo plato, el secreto ibérico fue una verdadera revelación: carne muy tierna y sabrosa, con un sabor intenso típico de la carne ibérica alimentada con bellotas, una experiencia gastronómica que no hay que perderse. Por último, el solomillo de cerdo era tierno y sabroso, acompañado de papas fritas crujientes que completaron el plato a la perfección. El servicio fue cordial y atento. La atmósfera del restaurante era relajada y agradable, ideal para una cena con amigos o familiares o en pareja, donde se puede charlar y disfrutar de la comida con tranquilidad. Sehr,sehr enttäuscht, leider!!! Seit mehr als 2 Jahren bin ich oft als Stammgast, auch mit unseren Bekannten, zum Essen gekommen. Bis vor ein paar Monaten vorher, da ich verreist war, war ich und die Bekannten zufrieden. Vorher ist nicht passiert, dass ich, oder einer von unseren Bekannten, nicht satt geworden sind mit dem Hauptgericht, wie plato de cabra oder plato del conejo. Am 26.12.24 waren wir zu viert in Casa Ita. Jeder von uns hat volle Portion del conejo, Kaninchen, bestellt, es gibt noch halbe Portion als Wahl. Was wäre diese??? Man hat uns als Kanninchen, conejo, je Teller, 5 mega kleine, sehr trockene, Fleischstückchen gebracht. Dazu, je nach Bestellung, gab es Kartoffeln, oder Pommes dazu. Wir sind wir alle nicht satt geworden. Ich denke, die Einheimischen würden sowas nicht akzeptieren und nicht durchgehen lassen. Nachhinein bedauern wir sehr, dass wir nicht sofort sagten: NEIN, SO GEHT ES NICHT. BESCHEI...EN KÖNNT IHR EUCH SELBST. Casa Ita hat mich als Stammgast verloren, ich komme nicht mehr zum Essen.
