Dai de Birras in Grado was the perfect spot to unwind after my first day on the Camino. I enjoyed a delicious pizza and an even more impressive IBA from their own brew. The owner/brewer was incredibly helpful and patient with my poor Spanish, making me feel right at home. Was referred to this place by my hotel, and what a surprise. A great micro brewery in this small town! The owner makes all the food, and I suggest trying the burger with the truffle sauce. Order extra fries to go with the beers you will be trying. I suggest ordering the cana size to explore what he has on tap,...
