Guachinche Abreu.. — Restaurant in Guía de Isora

I wrote a great review of this wonderful place a month ago. I’m writing again because we just got another takeout dinner from Abreu tonight, our last night on the island. We’ve been here 7 weeks. Tonight sealed the deal! These good people really know how to cook Guachinche, make great wine, and be incredibly welcoming and nice! We had goat for two again, a serving of fabadas with chunks of local ham, and some Canarian flan. Everything was soooo soooo good. Like the last time, the goat was the best ever, very tender and falling off the bone in a great Canarian sauce. And the fava beans and flan were delicious, too. We visited this guachinche to try the wine, which was simply amazing. We also had the chickpeas, fried cheese and potatoes, and it was delicious too. Authentic, friendly atmosphere. Edit: After trying other establishments, I must say this one is the best by far! I can't recommend it enough. I'd visit it every day...
