The bay is absolutely stunning, and the location itself feels exclusive and refined. The cuisine was truly excellent, with every dish showing great attention to detail and quality. At the entrance, a sign proudly welcomes you, promising “the Legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton.”

Well… unfortunately, the welcome didn’t quite live up to that promise. Bella, the hostess at reception—barely looked at us, giving the impression that assisting guests was more of a burden than a pleasure. A real pity, especially when we’re talking about The Ritz-Carlton, and a place like Tenerife, where warmth and hospitality should come naturally.

On a brighter note, the wine selection was superb, and a special mention goes to Alberto, whose service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.

Was having a pretty nice day here then went to the restaurant to eat. They told us that as long as we spent more than 20 euros we could take the train up to the entrance of the hotel when we wanted. We spent over 200. So at the end of the day we went to board the train with our receipt and the driver humiliated us in front of all of the guests saying that we were not guests and had no right to board the train and made us get off. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. Appalled by this experience and was surprised that a 5 star hotel like the Ritz would hire someone that does not know how to even speak to customers. Day ruined- would not recommend this place after this...

While the view is nice, the staff friendly and the food in general quite decent this place is still a rip-off: They charged me 6.- EUR for a water service I wasn't aware of. I took only two or three sips of the water but it looks like I paid for a whole 0.75l bottle. Also 6 EUR for a terrible Espresso that comes from a capsule. Bread was extra, too: 2.- EUR for one piece, which wasn't the freshest.

On the funny side: They want to make the impression of an upscale beach bar but then they proudly serve Parmesan cheese with an Italian style seafood pasta. The waiter looked like he wanted a badge for that cheese not even realizing the...
