I cannot stop obsessing over the pasta topped with pistachio I had the other day! This is by far the best Authentic Italian Food I have ever had… it is truly a hole in the wall off the beach. Small quaint place & I love it. We got the Longostinos that had a bit of a kick but with that fresh baked bread, amazing. My mom had the pasta negro that had a refreshing lemon zest to it, my kids ate most of the bolognese (1 plate was perfect to split) , leftovers was devoured the next day. We ordered a pizza to go, “La Favorita” a ricotta cheese, spicy, honey glazed pizza… obsessed.

And the service. He was so friendly, he was the only one on the floor but made sure to stay on top of everyone. He made the best suggestions!

I don’t know when I’ll be back but I know I won’t be able to have Italian food anywhere else after...

Had dinner here with friends. We got a extensive explanation of the entire menu from the friendly host. All the food is home made and you can taste that. We tried all the starters to share. I can't tell which one was our favourite because they were all so good! (Sorry we forgot to take pictures). As mains we had the pasta guitarra negro, carpaccio and pizza's which were also really tasty.

We wanted to get some slices of cheesecake to go after which the host proposed that they made us a fresh one, which we picked up the next day. We just had it and it was sooo good! So, if you are looking for great food in Castel de Ferro, you won't be...

Completely taken by surprise by the amazing quality of the real Italian food by an Italian cook. Absolutely recommended. Good varied and genuine Italian menu, High quality home made pizza and unique dishes. It took me a year to try out this restaurant thinking it would be just one in a dozen Italian tourist trap pizzerias. Well it’s not! it’s exquisite from the wine to the dessert. Highly recommended!
