Mamma Grazia — Restaurant in Haría

Place looks clean and is nicely decorated. We arrived at opening, were the 3rd table to sit down. Had to ask for menus and ordered after a bit of a wait but not a big deal, they were filling up fast. Drinks came quickly enough. 50 minutes later while entertaining a 1 year old and 2 year old outside so as not to disturb other diners they said they had forgotten to put through our order and asked us what it was again. Repeated it and asked them to get it out ASAP and for take away because we were too close to bedtime for the kids. 20 minutes later they said our order was ready but they had forgotten one of the pizzas. Waitress insisted that I hadn't ordered it the second time we ordered but I distinctly remember ordering it because I double checked with the person who wanted it that it was the right one. We were dangerously close to bedtime so told them to forget it. She then wanted me to pay full price after us waiting an hour and 10 minutes and getting the wrong order. I told her I wasn't paying for the drinks (€11.50 worth) from a €40 bill (would have been a €50 bill if the order was right) and she argued with me that we had drank the drinks. I don't think it was too much to ask them to comp the drinks for our long wait and wrong order. Honestly, the worst service experience amd not so much as an apology!! As for the food the pizza was very nice, the foccacia was mediocre but fine for the price and the kids meal was cold, bad quality and a tiny portion. Definitely not worth...

Overall ok, but DO NOT ORDER PASTA. So we ordered 2 pastas - fetuccini and linguine, thinking it would be a full normal sized meal. Well, sadly the portions were laughable - for real, baby sized. My husband actually laughed out loud and asked if it was a joke. It was yummy, don't get me wrong. But like, 4 bites and I finished it. Had to order a pizza to fill me up. Told the waitress we weren't impressed by the portions, thinking that she would charge us half price or something for the two dishes, as they were embarrassingly small for €10, but she didn't. I wouldn't go back personally, after that. We gave them a chance but they still ripped us off for those TINY two pasta dishes. Go at...

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We might have arrived at peak of lunch time. We were greeted at the door and the restaurant warned us that we needed to wait 20 minutes. We decided to wait after all we had nearly 2 hours till we had to leave to the Cuevas de los verdes. The 20 minutes became almost an hour till the entry came. Los gambones were really delicious. As the second dishes and we would see the people that had arrived after us being served before us we went in to complain and they told us we should have told them we were in a hurry. The food was all right. Nothing out of extraordinary. Nothing bad either. But the experience...
