We enjoyed some beautiful fresh Italian food. Filled pasta made fresh in the restaurant, tiramisu and pannacotta were both perfect and made by the chef, not ordered in. Good vegetarian options and variety of cuisine (we just happen to be Italian food fans so ordered mostly Italian dishes). Highly recommend this restaurant for fresh and tasty dishes. Bianca's is wonderful as always! The food is absolutely delicious and homemade. Bianca is an exceptional chef, and the service and attention are excellent. We ordered a duck and pistachio salad that really surprised us with how tasty it was, and the chicken skewers , everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And of course, for dessert, we had the Dutch apple pie, a total success. If you visit Hondón de los Frailes, you must stop by Bianca's! Bianca's es maravilloso como siempre. Onderweg naar huis van een lange, drukke dag, geen zin meer om te koken . . . en opeens was daar Bianca , dus snel de auto geparkeerd en hup naar binnen. We werden meteen zeer vriendelijk geholpen en mochten plaatsnemen aan het tafeltje bij het raam. We ploften neer en de warmte en vriendelijkheid viel als een welkom deken over ons heen. De menukaart was nog een uitdaging, want er stonden stuk voor stuk zeer aangename gerechten op het menu. Hierdoor gingen we ook maar voor een voorgerecht (wat we eigenlijk nooit doen), maar ja, het zat ons allemaal zo lekker aan te staren, dus wat doe je dan?! Uiteindelijk gekozen voor een heerlijke avocado cocktail als vooraf en de beef bourguignon als hoofdgerecht, wat een goede keuze!
