El Charro — Restaurant in Hondón de los Frailes

Absolutely fabulous little find. Michaela the owner can't do enough for you. We had kids and a really young child and she just kept bringing things out for them. We sat here most of the day just trying each of the dishes that are prepared daily. The crab sandwich was amazing according to the wife, I had the pork knuckle which just melted in the mouth. Grab a seat outside in the sun and just let the day go by.

Excellent refurbished hotel, backing onto a pebble beach.Very well looked after by attentive and efficient staff,especially Isobel in reception who made us very welcome and upgraded us to a seafront room.Nothing was a problem to her and though early,she put our bags in storage and after check in time,on approaching the reception (with 2 big queues)she directed us to one side to a member of staff who passed us our room cards....We will...

A nice authentic experience of a Spanish café. Relaxed style of service but with a friendly attitude. The food is fresh and generous, seating was outside although there is a small seating area inside....
