I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bahia, and it was an experience worth every moment. Nestled right on the edge of the sea, this restaurant offers not only a stunning view but also an exceptional dining experience.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us warmly and escorted us to a beautifully set table overlooking the sea. The atmosphere was enchanting, with the gentle sound of waves and the sea breeze adding to the charm of the evening.

We had high hopes for this restaurant as the setting is truly beautiful and the staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. Our starters - guacamole and croquettes were both delicious and set the evening off on a positive note.

Unfortunately, the main courses were a big letdown. We ordered steak and what was presented as a seabass fillet. Neither dish was cooked as requested, with both arriving undercooked. The fish in particular was a serious issue — it was completely raw in the middle. When I sent it back, there was no apology, and I had to wait around 15 minutes for it to return. This time it was completely overcooked, and again no apology was offered.

On top of that, the cut of fish served was far too thick to be seabass, leaving me feeling that what I was served was not what I had ordered, especially given the €34 price tag. Throughout the meal we were never once asked if our food was satisfactory, and no effort was made to offer any form of compensation for the poor experience.

One of my favorite spots in Ibiza! I've visited Ibiza Talamanca several times, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious, the cocktails are top-notch, and the design of the place is just beautiful - stylish, cozy, and with that perfect Ibiza vibe.

The bar deserves a special mention - the bartenders really know their craft! Every cocktail is made with care, perfectly balanced, and well presented.
