READ THE 1 STARTS REVIEWS Worst experience I ever had

We had the misfortune of booking a table at 10:30, only to be subjected to a series of mind-numbing mishaps. Upon arrival, they callously made us wait for 15 minutes, all while "graciously" offering us overpriced drinks (which, unsurprisingly, appeared on our bill).

After 30 min of waiting, we approached a waitress, who astonishingly informed us that it was our fault we did not get the table and we should have returned to her after the initial 15-minute delay to get it. Such a bizarre practice is virtually unheard of! So we had to wait again 30 min.

When we finally managed to secure our table, it took an additional 15 minutes just to receive the menus! And that's not the end of our suffering—prepare to dedicate an entire hour more to wait for your subpar meal to materialize.

Now, let's discuss the menu—chaotic, to put it mildly. It's a baffling fusion of Asian, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisines, executed with all the precision of a blindfolded chef. The portion sizes are laughably minuscule, an irony given the eternity it takes for them to bring out your food. To top it all off, the dish we had the misfortune of ordering might just qualify as the worst culinary catastrophe of our entire holiday.

To sum it up succinctly: dining at this establishment was a complete circus of culinary incompetence. Save your time, save your money, and for the love of all that's edible, avoid this place...

Unfortunately our experience was not good here. We came to celebrate a birthday as a group & mentioned this both when we entered and through the special comments via the reservation. The food was good but not exceptional, also there are very little options for vegetarians (FYI, one starter & one main to select from). We ended up frustrated because the service personnel was not at all attentive or kind (I think this is also due to lack of trained personnel), e.g. wine bottles were opened & glasses filled without anyone trying the wine first, white wine was filled into glasses with prosecco with the comment „Ups, let me know if you want a new one“. Also when we asked for a Birthday Cake we were told they won’t offer one to our table, since no one ordered desert (although almost everyone had an entry & main dish). When pointing out our disappointment in a constructive way we were basically told that they don‘t care whether or not we are coming back, as they will have enough new tourists coming in all the time. If for these prices client satisfaction plays such a small role that is very disappointing. There are many beautiful Restaurants with an equally beautiful view on Ibiza and better food & service. On top, these restaurants also usually offer a free chupito for you before you leave (especially for groups of more than 10 people), which here, as we were told is not...

This has been a horrible experience. What should have been a nice evening turned out to be an absolut disaster! Staff couldn't be more rude. Especially the girl with blue hair (she said her name was Laura) that "welcomes" you upon arrival. She has been the most rude person I had to deal with in years. Pushing the waiters while we were still eating our main dishes to quick us out from the table we had reserved until 11 p.m (this happened at 10 p.m). Also, the waiter we had (seemed indian) was as rude as the girl at the reception. He had on a very negative opinion of everything we were choosing making sure to make fun of us by saying that this is a "fine" restaurant. However, the service was everything but fine. In addition to that, we had a Shrimp Carpaccio with lime but it looked like we had ordered a lemonade instead. The flavour was all lime. Once we let them know, we thankfully had the chance to treat with a super nice waiter. He went back to the kitchen and explained that the dish was like this but that he totally agreed with us and we had another dish (that we were billed for!!!!) And last but not least, the prices!!! Please, see yourselfes, 9€ a bottle of water. Nothing else to add. Please, don't waste your time!!! There are so many nice places on Ibiza and this is not one of...

Absolutely incredible. Actually, scratch that - Sa Punta is not incredible. It’s phenomenal. Firstly, the food. I was astounded by the sheer quality of the ingredients. The seafood was tender and had the perfect amount of chewiness - the vegetables were soft, yet crisp in a delicious way. Secondly, the service was some of the best I’d experienced in years. The waiters and waitresses were super friendly, helpful and fast. They engaged in interesting conversation, recommended cool places to visit in Ibiza and recited facts about the local area. The atmosphere was equally inviting and welcoming - I ate at Sa Punta for dinner (I recommend you do, too - Sa Punta is not a lunch place), and it was very open and airy. You could see a very small beach and a vast cerulean ocean surrounding it. Ferries, yachts and cruise ships silently rested on the calm waters. The sunset was very cool to watch as well - I would say it’s as good as a fireworks display, as a gradient of orange and red and yellow emanated out of the sphere of heat. Next time you’re in Ibiza, no amount of traveling or waiting is too much for Sa Punta - you’ll get excellent food!

The service was attentive and friendly, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet cozy decor that made it perfect for a relaxing evening out. Yan provided exceptional service during our visit. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Yan’s warm demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the personalized attention. Excellent service all around!
