Exquisite food and service. We just came across this place while looking for a place to eat and the menu on the street did not look like anything special but once you enter the restaurant and sit on the veranda it has a lovely atmosphere and is a good distance from the street below. The food was AMAZING and the excitement for the food was shared by the waiting staff. The service was excellent as well and very reasonably priced for the quality. If you are staying around playa d'em bossa and are craving some great food without all the frills then I would check this place out! Oh. My. God!!! COME HERE! Stop eating by the beach!!!! Food was INSANE! Service, was impressive. Best service we’ve had in 2 weeks of traveling Europe. Service was spectacular. Tableside Paella? Best Paella we’ve had. Lemon towelettes. Sangria pitchers. A cute bucket for our mussels & seafood scraps. Food was beautifully arranged and decorated. We enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Guillemis twice in just six days, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The coal-baked steak was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while my wife loved the Iberico pork, which was tender and delicious.

For starters, I highly recommend the mussels—they were a standout. They served a wonderful pumping bread!
