Cafetería Lekkery — Restaurant in Icod de los Vinos

Was not expecting many vegan options at all. Was surprised they had one which is the bannana bread. Nothing special about the taste to be fair but was still ok. What I actually came to eat was pan con tomate or the equivalent of a toast with grated tomato on it and normally some oil.

Well this was no toast because for bread to be a toast it must be toasted.. this was real soggy.. thankfully my girlfriend prefers softer bread and not toasted so at least not completely lost..sorry guys everything good, amazing looking place but u cant give someone a soggy toast.....

I can’t put less than a star. A sign inside says “we don’t have bar service, be seated and we’ll come” so we do that. The waitress keeps on saying hi to everybody, we wait, not a smile or a hello. We waited 20min outside, there was nobody there. And after a while, a few local people sit down, and here comes the waitress, takes their order and leaves again. Fun fact, we were the only non local people in the bar, and the only ones that she didn’t say hello to or anything. Magic. I told the staff before I left, but he didn’t...

Since the new owner took over, you can forget this place. Service is unmotivated and in two visits they got everything wrong what i ordered. Today I tried a third time and got ignored for 15 minutes, even there wgere not really many guests. Simply absolutely nobody felt responsible to even great me or take the order.
