Estimado equipo de Dayla, Quisiera tomar un momento para expresar mi sincera gratitud por la experiencia excepcional que tuve en su restaurante recientemente. La comida estuvo magnífica, llena de sabores que me dejaron con ganas de volver por más. Cada plato que probé estaba perfectamente preparado, con una armonía de sabor que se nota que ha sido cuidadosamente pensada y ejecutada. Es evidente que su equipo se esfuerza en seleccionar los ingredientes más frescos y en preparar cada plato con dedicación y pasión. Además de la comida deliciosa, la atención al cliente fue impecable. Su personal es amable, atento y profesional, lo que contribuyó en gran medida a la positiva experiencia culinaria. Es un verdadero placer ser atendido por un equipo que se preocupa tanto por su trabajo y por los clientes. Quisiera agradecerles a todos en Dayla por su duro trabajo y dedicación. Estuve allí con mi chica para cenar. La decoración del sitio es espectacular, da un ambiente muy acogedor en un estilo entre industrial y rústico. Tiene una amplia oferta de vinos y aconsejan estupendamente si, como en nuestro caso, no tenemos mucha idea. En cuanto a la comida la presentación es de quitarse el sombrero y los sabores increíbles. Un montón de matices y contrastes en cada plato. El pa amb oli con gambas, pluma y solomillo, de 10. Estupendamente aliñado y muy completo. Las patatas bravas Dayla un descubrimiento, mucho detalle y mimo en unas bravas. Una salsa con un sabor riquísimo y la mezcla de patató con la mozarella queda genial. En cuanto al precio, muy justo para la gran calidad que ofrecen. Muy recomendable. Para finalizar, la atención… da gusto ir a un sitio y sentirse como en casa. Así ha sido. La camarera que nos ha atendido ha sido un lujo, muy muy atenta en todo momento, nos aconsejó perfectamente y tuvo un detalle final de los que te dejan huella. Sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por el buen trabajo que hacéis equipo.

Nachdem ich im Frühjahr auf Teneriffa (im "El Horno De Neptuno") die besten Tapas aller Zeiten gegessen habe, war ich seitdem auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant welches da mithalten kann... und hier hab ich es gefunden. Fanstastische Tapas (hatten u.a. mallorquinische Kartoffeln mit Schafskäse (ein Traum) und Chorizo (ein Erlebnis in einer zischenden Pfanne), schneller Service und schöne Einrichtung (haben drinnen einen Platz bekommen, da draußen in der netten Fußgängerzone alles reserviert war (also rechtzeitig kümmern, wenn man dort sitzen möchte)) ... aber auch drinnen war es schick und angenehm klimatisiert. Die Portionen für Tapas eher groß... von zweien pro Person wird man schon ordentlich satt. Sicher auch eine tolle Auswahl an Wein, da wir aber nicht so die Weintrinker sind, waren wir froh, dass es auch Bier und diverse Softdrinks gab...ein rundum gelungener Abend.

8 of us ate here last night. No reservation but the staff kindly made a table available for us after a short while on what was a busy night. Waiting staff were very friendly and made our meal so enjoyable. Fortunately the food was also great. Very tasty, good value, and came out from the kitchen very quickly! We all had a lovely time, even the kids were happy! I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again if I came...

Gulia was outstanding during our visit to Dayla restaurant...when the tables were all taken it wasn't too much for her to make up a new table for us, within moments we were seated and with a drink in hand...the food was incredible too...every dish we had, arrived hot and fresh, just amazing!! One of the best places in all Mallorca!! Thank you Dayla for such great food and a great time. We will definitely...

we were there for Tapas and wine in the evening. we had rapas de calamar and other Tapas with a bottle of White wine. all was very good and neatly arranged. the wine came in a cooler and was real good in relation to the price. service was excellent and we liked the ambiente of the bar. we would have come back yesterday but unfortunately they...
