I don’t understand how this restaurant could have gotten any guide Michelin recommendation. The food was less than adequate. Most of it was deep fried. One of the starters was a deep fried spring roll presented with a lettuce leaf and some hot sauce for 5.90€. The samosas were tiny and very hard. The meat inside was like cartilage and the spicy sauce mostly tasted like Sambal oelek. This was 16€!! The pannacotta only tasted of cardamom and was sprinkled with very sour sprinkles which did not compliment in flavor. We weren’t even served olive oil with the bread - in the olive oil capital of the world. Service was adequate. Instead of having a curated playlist they had a radio station or free Spotify account the intersected with ads between the songs. I honestly had better tapas for free at other restaurants in Jaen. Read moreThe food at this restaurant is excellent, with thoughtful presentation that enhances the experience. Portion sizes are reasonable, though the appetizers were unfortunately overcooked. However, the service leaves much to be desired—it’s downright subpar. Glasses arrived less than spotless, and the floor appeared barely clean. To top it off, the lighting is far too harsh, ruining what could have been a pleasant ambiance.
