Bio-Pizza — Restaurant in La Línea de la Concepción

When you order food for delivery, it's like playing the lottery. Either it will be delivered or not. 50% of my order I had to unexpectedly pick up myself, although the delivery service offered on the website (with surcharge). When the pizza doesn't come and you call at some point, you are told that you have to pick it up yourself. Yesterday I had the problem again. I ordered online and when I called, I was told that I had to pick up the pizza myself. But this time it was not possible. I have a sick baby in the house and couldn't leave the house that evening. I explained this to the lady. She said she could not change it. When I said I wanted my money back (I paid via paypal), the lady again told me I had to come to the restaurant for it. I really don't understand what is wrong with having a sick baby at home and not being able to leave the house. The end: I did not get a pizza and did not get the money transferred back to the paypal account. I will never order there again. Also funny, when you pay by paypal, the system gets the address from the paypal account and not from the registration form. ;) Additional remarks in the provided remark field are apparently not transmitted through the system either. You can save yourself the trouble. The pizza is tasty okay and the price for it fair, for the reason there were a few stars. However, it is easier to buy a house than to get a pizza delivered...

We were recommended to come here this Saturday afternoon for some food and drink, place seemed very nice until we sat down and a member of staff approached us quite aggressively asking if we will be eating, when we said yes, he stated that all other customers presently there were not dining and if we wanted to eat we would need to wait more than 45 mins, and that only salad and pizza was available but it would take this long as there was only one chef working, we was very shocked with this man's approach and disrespect, we will not be going there again, definitely would not recommend unless attitudes like his change, if they can't provide a food and drink service...

One star because the pizzas are good, the rest they do not deserve as the waiters do not show up at the table and had to grab the menus myself. When the waiter brought the drinks we said we are ready to order. Then walked away saying in 5 minutes we take the order???? Are they on strike? What kind of service is this? Looks like the waiters are watching football and do not care about their guests. There is a thin line between relax or not taking care of your guest. At the end all was ok hopefully next time service is faster and I can give better rating. Checking the other ratings I just noticed that I am not the only one complaining about slow...
