The lounge chairs are only €5 for as long as you want to be there and I love it! At the kiosks there is also beers for €1 per can which is great! Or you can order directly from the restaurant. There is no server out to the lounge chairs, so you have to go grab them.

The restaurant serves great portions of Paella and ours was chicken and was great. The paella was delicious and is a staple Spanish dish which if you are here you have to try!

The guys ordered a plat of mixed fried fish, which they love but I’m not a fishy guy so I don’t really partake.

I did try the piña colada, which usually don’t drink such fruity drinks (I’m more of a vodka cranberry or a beer guy), but I tried it and it was surprisingly refreshing and yummy, although the bar dropped the ball on this one cuz it took over 20 minutes to get it.

The service thus far has been good with the servers moving around rapidly and getting to customers right away. When we arrived at 12 to our beach chairs, we made a 2pm table reservation and put in our order for the paella so it would be ready. For the most part, the service was smooth and fast (other than waiting for the piña colada, which as a former bartender, I understand that’s the last thing you want to make because it involves so much ingredients and steps, so I get it).

If I were to recommend anything, I would reserve seats at this chiringuito because it’s cheap and the beers are cheap and you have amazing views of the Rock of Gibraltar. Depending on which direction the wind is coming in, you will see planes land and take off directly next to you. If you like airplanes and like seeing them land or take off right next to you, this is the place to be!!!
